Apothecia: 0.8-1.8 mm in diameter with conspicous membranaceous margin, hymenium orange
Asci: 330-370 x 18-22 µm, 8-spored, spores uniseriate
Ascospores: subglobose, 15-17 x 13-15.5 µm, ornamentation consisting of curved, partly anastomosing ridges 0.5-0.9 µm wide, with acuminate, blunt ends. The ridges are mostly short with many blunt ends and rarely unite into a reticulate pattern.
Host: Aongstroemia longipes
Habitat: in arctic-alpine habitats, on soil
