Lamprospora rugensis, apothecia with Ephemerum minuitissimum Lamprospora rugensis, ascospores

Apothecia: 1-1.5 mm in diameter, with weak membranaceous margin, hynemium light-orange to red-orange
Asci: 8-spored, spores uniseriate
Ascospores: globose, (15-)16-19(-20) µm in diameter, ornamentation consisting of ridges 0.5-1 µm wide, forming an ± regular, areolate reticulum with 5-9 meshes/diameter
Host: Bryum spec.
Habitat: on soil
Distribution: rare in Germany (BB, MV, SN) also known from Austria, Czech Republic, France, Norway, Svalbard, Switzerland,
