Apothecia: 0.5-2 mm in diameter with fimbriate, dentate, membranaceous margin, hymenium yellow-orange to orange Asci: 180-220 x 19-22 µm, 8-spored, spores uniseriate Ascospores: globose, 13.8-15.5 µm in diameter, ornamentation consisting of ridges 0.4-1.5 µm broad and 0.3-0.5 µm high forming a small-meshed reticulum with > 10 meshes/diameter, the meshes are conspicuously uneven-sized Host: probably Pohlia spec. Habitat: on saline soil in a seashore estuary of a large glacial river Distribution: Svalbard
